Al Shanfa General Trading, a key part of Shanfa Group , is looking for a Digital Solutions and Business Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our digital marketing efforts, optimizing website functionality, and supporting business operations through effective financial management. Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing & Brand Management:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging content.
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Optimize website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and refine strategies.
• Website Development & Maintenance:
• Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, Shopify, or custom tools.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
• Manage e-commerce integrations (payment gateways, product catalogs).
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure regular updates and security checks.
• Business Operations & Financial Support:
• Oversee daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Reconcile accounts and help manage budgets for marketing campaigns and IT projects.
• Use accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, website development, and accounting.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media management, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
