Job SummaryThis critical role will be responsible for providing digital technology services to the business, driving the development and operation of digital products in alignment with the KEO IT Strategy.Responsibilities Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
Develop and implement new software solutions
Maintain and improve the performance of existing solutions
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Administer digital solutions and systems
Recommend improvements to existing software solutions as necessary
Design, develop, document, test, debug and deploy applications to automate business processes and improve efficiency
Participate in business requirements analysis and business process re-engineering
Participate in systems requirements analysis and code reviews
Participate in the innovation, incubation and iteration of digital products.
Train users in the conversion and implementation of systems
Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
Ensure that Health, Safety, Sustainability and Continual Improvement is embedded into all work practices
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years career experience in a digital solutions support role partnered with a Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent.
Demonstrated skills and experience are required in the following areas; HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST API, jQuery or Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript frameworks, client-side Object Model (CSOM), PnP Power Shell, JSOM and SOA. Experience is also required in designing, developing business solutions with the SPFx contributing to the growth of the SPO, developing software using Microsoft technologies, workflow tools such as Nintex, Flow or K2.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in .NET programming, Microsoft SQL, Reporting Services, Power BI and the use, configuration and administration of SPO and other products in O365 Platform.
Candidates whom are also certified in Office365, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management and / or Business Analysis will receive priority consideration.
