Job Description

Role: We are looking for Digital Signal Processing Engineer. This position you will develop and implement advanced signal processing algorithms for AESA Radars and fully digital RADARs. The work will heavily involve algorithm development using the Julia programming language as well as integration and testing with real-time embedded systems.

Responsibilities Leading DSP activities from feature development to integration and testing with hardware systems. Provide performance figures based on theoretical analyses and simulations. Defining and writing system level specifications and designs. Keep up with new technologies, expand your skill set, continuously learn. Mentoring and guiding junior team members. Awareness of concepts in Containerization, DevOps and Agile principles. Flexibility and willingness to work on programming tasks not directly related DSP.

Experience & Skills Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematical disciplines with 5+ years in signal processing algorithm development. Expert in a functional or object orientated programming language. Experience in Julia programming and machine learning is beneficial. Experience working on Linux based infrastructure. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Background knowledge Pulse compression, Doppler Processing, CFAR for pulsed and CW radar systems Radar calibration Waveform generation calibration Experience with maritime radar systems Beam forming techniques Strong fundamentals of signal processing (FFT, IFFT, decimation, interpolation, convolution etc.) Filter design Clutter map experience ace.
