Role Title: Digital Shelf, PSO & Content Specialist, BW, NT & IC
Location: Dubai, UAE / Jeddah, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the Digital shelf for brands in the BW, NT and IC categories across retailers to deliver on share of shelf objectives:
End to end management of the assortment on the KWERY & Content Suite tools. Take full ownership of the tools and extend support and expertise to brand teams.
Ensure development & optimisation of perfect content on all retailers. Ensure 100% compliance on Perfect Name, image scores, search rank, ratings and reviews
Drive SEO (Organic Search) performance through eLCP as part of brands\xe2\x80\x99 holistic search strategy and optimise KWR (SKLs) with the support of KWR repository team. Ensure that search keyword lists are up to date in line with the latest search trends.
Continuously monitor content quality and ensure keywords are relevant and up to date
Ensure that content for innovations is developed in line with the perfect content guidelines
Liaise with the D-com team and e-merchandisers on all listing requirements and hand-over content for deployment based on agreed SLAs.
PSO Reporting, Data & Analytics:
Conduct periodic analysis via PSO tool on all share of shelf, share of search, assortment, and content metrics to inform the business with \xe2\x80\x98actionable insights\xe2\x80\x99
Monthly reporting on key metrics to senior stake holders, d-commerce and brand teams
Support and inform Search and discoverability & portfolio opportunities by making relevant data and analysis available to d-commerce teams
Track online store content and search scores through weekly Walk the Store Online audits.
Create engaging Unmissable content that converts
Bring creativity to upgrade Content from Complete to Compelling working in close collaboration with brand and d-commerce teams
Lead creation of brand stores as effective always on destination hosting engaging content that effectively conveys the brand + product story
Plan the on-site shopper journey and persuasive content across the path to purchase
Key Deliverables:
Ensure content completeness and quality scores of 90+ for Core SKUs and 80% for complete portfolio Ensuring content quality scores are maintained/improved for existing content on retailer sites Regularly monitor PSO score on Share of search, content & assortment Regular reporting of PSO & content scores to all stakeholders
Key Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience within d-com, e-merchandizing, e-content roles.
Fully functional knowledge of SEO is a must.
Candidates with a brand/ CD/ shopper marketing exposure to SEO, Perfect content, e-content and those with a willingness to learn & grow will also be considered.
A demonstrated ability to manage complex networks, data and cross functional teams is a must.
Good creative judgement and a flair for developing unmissable creatives.
Systematic and organized in ways of working, ability to handle large catalogues.
Tech savvy, analytical, ability to adapt to new tools, processes.
Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
