We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.
Objective of this role
• Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of digital media and advertising to enhance business opportunities
• Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build rapport by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.
• Follow processes with accuracy and attention to detail such as collecting data, contracts, etc. and moving them through the appropriate channels
• Work directly in the field to research and findleads to build a strong sales pipeline
• Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basi
• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development roles in UAE
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
• Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth.
Preferred skills and qualifications
• A master's degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.
• Experience working in B2C /B2B organization is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software .
• Should have a valid passport UAE driving licence with car.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
