We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and strategies. This role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

Create and manage engaging content for website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales teams, to execute integrated marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Certifications in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
