About the Job -- Digital Project Manager




Collaboration and effective coordination are of utmost importance in the lifecycle of ATOLYE's projects. Our teams of designers and strategists work closely with client teams to immerse them in our design processes and have them participate in devising solutions for their needs. We are looking for a driven and experienced Digital Project Manager that will help us become more connected on this exciting journey.



The Digital Project Manager role is focused on delivering high-quality digital projects on time and on point while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, the Digital Project Manager oversees the lifecycle of digital engagements, connecting design processes with client objectives in a seamless and impactful manner. The Digital PM will oversee the day to day management and smooth operation of multiple digital projects, including website design and development.



Main Responsibilities



• + Managing the project cycle, from initiation to closure, covering scope planning, resourcing, developing the project plan etc.with a focus on digital projects, including implementation of
+ Coordinating the contractual processes of digital projects with clients and ATOLYE's Legal Team
+ Working closely with the Design Leads and facilitating the communication flow between team members, collaborators and clients
+ Preparing internal and external project reports
+ Managing the procurement process regarding projects
+ Suggesting new strategies that will help to drive continual improvement to ATOLYE's project management processes
+ Being the main contact point for clients on where assigned as project manager
+ Actively participating in project health checks and audits
+ Monitor project progress with a detailed plan.
+ Assisting in developing proposals for new engagements and maintaining responsibility for the project budget from the proposal stage through to project closure

Required Skills & Experience



• 5+ years of professional experience in project management in design studios, consultancy organizations/digital product startups
• Proven track record in delivering digital projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and time constraints
• Excellent knowledge of Project Management methodologies, methods, tools and techniques (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Demonstrable skills and experience in facilitation and storytelling
• Ability to handle multiple client and internal projects, roles and responsibilities.
• Engage with and work within changing multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, developing and maintaining open, honest and trusting relationships.
• Comfortable communicating and connecting with the Leadership team and senior client stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, while maintaining overall understanding of projects.
• Continually strives to exceed client expectations
• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies
• PMP certification is desirable.
