Overview

As a Digital Project Manager at Cigna, you will leverage your extensive experience in managing digital projects from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in identifying problem statements, working with Business Solutions Architect(s) in documenting detailed requirements, collaborating with business, development teams and partners to meet customer expectations using Agile methodology. Your strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

System Configuration and Optimization :

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for digital initiatives, including scope definition, project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure project objectives and priorities are defined and delivered within timelines and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables, using project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing issues promptly.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating team members to deliver high-quality work and meet project milestones.
• Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize project workflows and foster continuous improvement.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project delivery.

Key Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex digital projects.
• Experience in digital technologies such as web development, mobile apps, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile methodologies (CSM, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Fluent in Arabic would be highly desirable.
• Experience within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong team player with a focus on achieving results collaboratively.
