We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Digital Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee and manage our social media and digital projects. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project execution from inception to delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, digital platforms, and the technical aspects that drive innovative solutions. The DPM will work closely with the Account and Creative teams to maintain and enhance our clients' digital presence, keeping strategies ahead of the curve. Key Responsibilities: Daily Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of social media (SoMe) and digital projects, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and aligned with project progress and updates on digital and social media strategies. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest social media and digital trends, proactively bringing ideas to clients and the internal team to enhance digital strategies. Strategic Thinking & Advisory: Provide strategic recommendations to clients on digital and social media presence, optimizing their positioning and engagement. Technical Proficiency: Understand the technical requirements of digital projects to ensure feasibility, scalability, and innovation, aligning client goals with technical execution. Creative Team Coordination: Brief the creative team on project objectives, requirements, and deadlines; track and manage project milestones, ensuring alignment and cohesion across all deliverables. Collaboration with AAD: Work closely with the Associate Account Director (AAD) to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies, enhancing client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in digital project management, with a focus on social media and digital campaigns. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and project management best practices. Exceptional communication and client management skills. Technical understanding of digital project processes, including familiarity with tools like content management systems, social media platforms, and project tracking software. Ability to work collaboratively with creative, account, and technical teams to drive results. #LI-EMEA
