Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Printer Operator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in digital printing and a strong background in using designing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop , and other related tools. The role involves operating digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and collaborating with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain digital printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Perform color adjustments, image enhancements , and file preparations using software like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop .
• Set up printing jobs, including calibration of equipment and materials, to achieve optimal results.
• Inspect printed materials for quality assurance , ensuring alignment with specifications and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment and software.
• Manage inventory of printing supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishments.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Requirements :

• 3 to 4 years of experience in digital printing operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop , and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of digital printing technologies , including color management and file formats.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with print materials, substrates, and finishing processes is a plus.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
