Performance Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (primarily Google Ads) to achieve client goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements and adjustments based on data insights. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop engaging ad copy and creative assets. Implement tracking and attribution solutions to measure the success of campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads (PPC). Proven experience working in a digital agency environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better results. Experience with other platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus. SEO knowledge is a bonus, but not mandatory. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
