Digital Media Marketing:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM).

- Create and manage engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

- Manage online advertising campaigns, including PPC and social media ads, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials and promotional content.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and adapt strategies as needed.

• Guest Relations:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.

- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

- Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.

- Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area to enhance the overall guest experience.

- Proven experience in digital media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in digital marketing software (e.g., Google Ads, Hootsuite) and CRM systems.
