Description:

We are hiring DIGITAL MARKETING Specialist to join our dynamic team with speaking HINDI/MALAYALAM/KANNADA/TAMIL/ENGLISH . The position is based in SHARJAH, with interviews conducted at our Sharjah office. We are looking for both MALE / Female candidates who are enthusiastic. Looking for web developers and, social media marketers who are highly motivated individuals, male or female, who are already established in the field with experience, have clients base but need a company platform to help them get more leads and need company assistance for the purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, providing accurate and timely information.

Upload product images and descriptions to our online store and classified websites.

Regularly update product listings, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Manage and maintain social media accounts by creating and posting content.

Assist in handling basic technical issues.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback and comments on social media.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience with social media management.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
