Handle customer enquiries and collect leads from company's digital channels
Work with CRM system and support sales team on lead assignment and management
Monitor the lead progress throughout the sales funnel and provide feedback to BLMs on a weekly basis
Support on content creation and execution for digital marketing activities
Manage company social media account, create, engage and monitor social media contents
Conduct telemarketing within digital campaigns to improve lead conversion rate
Assist on company website update and optimization
To succeed, you will needExperience/ Knowledge requirements- At least 1 year of relevant marketing support experienceEducation requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent backgroundPersonality requirements- Excellent communication skills- Excellent writing skills for editorial and social media content- Strong customer focus - Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications esp.
