About the Role:

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

to establish and lead the marketing department for our real estate agency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing campaigns, build our online presence, and generate high-quality leads. You will be responsible for everything from social media management to paid advertising and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy

to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Manage social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) by creating engaging content, running ads, and tracking performance.

Optimize the company website

for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns

(Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Create and manage email marketing campaigns

to nurture leads and retain clients.

Collaborate with agents and leadership

to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance

, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on real estate market trends

and digital marketing best practices.

Create interactive content

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Strong knowledge of

SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing

. Experience with

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM tools

(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp). Proficiency in

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

. Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and creative storytelling abilities.
