Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Content Creation:
- In coordination with the graphic designer, develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success.
- Create and edit high-quality content for various digital platforms.
- Managing the company's communications by ensuring that the language style utilised aligns with the PR message house in both English and Arabic.
Public Relations (PR):
- Review content generated by the PR team in relation to interviews, media engagements and media articles to ensure it aligns with the PR strategy.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Research and analyse competitor advertising links.
Email Marketing:
- Design, build, and maintain our email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that emails follow industry policies and best practices.
- Create and design various CTAs and email templates.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendors partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
Job Specific Skills:
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media management platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools.
