Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled FEMALE Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in real estate and IT-related works. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and driving leads and sales through various digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create and maintain engaging content for our website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with our CRM and other technology solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with IT-related works, such as CRM management, data analysis, and website maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
