Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
campaigns to achieve business goals.
Conduct
keyword research
and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize
ROI
and conversion rates.
Create and monitor ad budgets to ensure efficient
cost-per-acquisition (CPA)
and
return on ad spend (ROAS)
.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Utilize Google Analytics and other tracking tools to generate reports and insights for decision-making.
A/B test ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to optimize performance.
Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and suggest improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

Google Ads
, and SEO.
Strong understanding of
performance marketing, PPC, and conversion tracking

Experience with
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
