Content Creation & Management
- Develop, create, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and text) tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality visuals and graphics that highlight property listings and real estate trends.
- Implement content strategies and schedule posts for optimal engagement.
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Design and implement social media campaigns to promote specific properties, events, or company milestones.
- Increase followers and engagement rates by adopting the latest social media practices and trends in real estate.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth to optimize strategies.
Community Engagement
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
- Proactively seek and engage with relevant influencers, real estate groups, and local community pages to expand reach.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing any concerns or negative comments in line with company policies.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Use social media as a tool to generate quality leads by promoting listings, properties, and virtual tours.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop social media campaigns that target high-value clients and potential investors.
- Track leads generated through social media and follow up with the sales team to evaluate conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze social media analytics and provide weekly/monthly reports on key metrics and campaign performance.
- Recommend strategies for improvement based on data insights, adjusting campaigns to meet KPIs.
Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen the company's online brand identity, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors' social media presence and industry trends.
Paid Social Advertising
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Work with ad platforms to optimize targeting and retargeting, budget allocation, and ad creatives.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in social media management, ideally within the real estate industry or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, lead generation, and social media algorithms.
- Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and retargeting.
