We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies focusing on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to increase our online visibility, customer engagement, and booking conversions.

Responsibilities

SEO Management



Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly Monitor website analytics and search engine rankings Implement technical SEO improvements for our adventure tour offerings Optimize tour listings and destination pages for maximum visibility

Social Media Optimization



Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Showcase our desert safari experiences through compelling visual storytelling Build and engage with our community of adventure enthusiasts Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance Implement paid social media campaigns for targeted audience reach

PPC Campaign Management



Design, implement, and manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI across adventure tour packages Conduct A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments Create strategies for targeting tourists planning Dubai visits

Additional Responsibilities



Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends in the tourism and adventure sector Collaborate with content creators and web developers to enhance user experience Contribute to overall marketing strategy to position Dubai4WD as the premier desert safari provider
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in SEO, SMO, and PPC Demonstrated experience in tourism or experience-based services marketing preferred Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the UAE tourism market is a significant advantage
