The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies and generating high-quality leads within the luxury real estate sector, focusing on off-plan and secondary luxury markets. This role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in managing lead-generation campaigns and optimizing social media presence to boost brand visibility and drive conversions.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads in the luxury real estate market.Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI.Leverage analytics tools to monitor and improve campaign performance, ensuring lead quality aligns with sales targets.Build and maintain CRM databases for lead nurturing and effective follow-up.Digital Marketing:Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with the companys goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitor activities, and emerging real estate trends.Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic reach, website traffic, and online visibility.Social Media Management:Develop and manage engaging content across social media channels to build a strong online presence for the company and its projects.Run targeted social media ads, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation.Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling content, including reels, posts, and video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Content SEO:Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, landing pages, and ad copies, that aligns with real estate trends and engages potential clients.Perform keyword research, and competitor analysis, and implement best SEO practices to boost organic traffic.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Track, measure, and report on KPIs for lead generation and digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with sales goals.Generate and present performance reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation tools.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and community management.Excellent analytical skills and experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
