Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement strategic online marketing plans to boost our online presence, generate leads, and grow brand awareness. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Create and optimize engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and digital advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Oversee the design and delivery of online advertisements, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
• Manage the company's social media presence by planning, posting, and engaging with the audience.
• Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing campaigns with overall organizational goals.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, and recommend innovative strategies to improve marketing performance.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to work under deadlines.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
