POSITION OVERVIEW: Digital Marketing Specialist



The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase online sales. This role requires expertise in paid advertising, social media management, marketplace optimization, and e-commerce growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, data analytics, and the ability to drive ROI through targeted campaigns.

This position involves managing all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. The role also requires experience in marketplace management (Amazon, Noon, etc.), content creation, website optimization, and collaboration with key industry partners. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and data-driven decision-making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Digital Marketing Strategy:



Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and increase online sales. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat etc.). Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and align content with audience preferences.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:



Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. Conduct keyword research and develop effective ad copy, targeting strategies, and A/B testing for ad variations. Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI while meeting KPIs. Implement and refine retargeting strategies to enhance customer conversion and retention rates. Stay updated with trends and best practices in paid advertising, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.

Marketplace Management:



Develop and implement sales strategies for third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other relevant platforms. Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, keywords, and high-quality images to enhance visibility and conversions. Manage promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal offers to drive marketplace performance. Monitor marketplace analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and address customer feedback proactively.

Social Media Management:



Create and implement a social media strategy to grow engagement and brand loyalty across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, SnapChat etc. Develop visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and reels, aligned with audience interests. Manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking. Track social media trends, competitor activities, and engagement metrics to refine strategies for growth.

Content Creation & SEO:



Oversee the creation of engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blogs, email newsletters, website copy, and product descriptions. Develop link-building strategies and optimize on-page and off-page SEO to improve search rankings. Utilize AI tools and graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to create high-quality visuals for digital campaigns.

E-Commerce Management:



Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and optimized user experience. Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance to implement data-driven improvements. Coordinate with the merchandising and logistics teams to ensure accurate product listings and timely order fulfillment. Enhance product discoverability and sales performance through strategic marketing and promotions.

Analytics & Budget Management:



Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools. Use data insights to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI. Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize reach and engagement.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement:



Build and maintain relationships with influencers, interior designers, real estate agents, and B2B partners in the UAE's home decor and furniture sector. Organize and manage industry events, brand collaborations, and PR initiatives to boost brand awareness. Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the home decor and furniture industry in the UAE.

Own/Freelance Visa Holder Only

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus. Proven expertise in developing and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing strategies. Experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and marketplace operations (Amazon, Noon, etc.). Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and AI-powered marketing tools. Extensive graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, photography, and videography. Strong analytical and project management skills with a data-driven approach to marketing. Knowledge of the UAE market, including consumer behavior and industry trends. Established network of influencers, interior designers, and B2B partners within the home decor and furniture industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
