SEO & Digital Marketing Executive
to amplify our online presence, drive qualified leads, and build a strong global brand image.
Job Summary:
The SEO & Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's services globally. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO, content strategy, social media, paid campaigns, and analytics to drive lead generation and increase online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
SEO strategies
to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website.
Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO audits to ensure best practices are implemented.
Develop and manage
content marketing plans
including blogs, case studies, website content, and whitepapers to target international audiences.
Run and optimize
Google Ads
and
paid social media campaigns
(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) focused on B2B lead generation.
Manage and grow social media channels to boost engagement and brand awareness in global markets.
Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
, etc., and present actionable insights.
Create and manage
email marketing campaigns
(newsletters, drip campaigns) to nurture leads.
Work closely with design, development, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to stay ahead in the digital space.
Maintain and improve the company's
online reputation
and brand voice across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in
SEO and Digital Marketing
, preferably in the IT/Tech/B2B services sector.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and modern SEO practices.
Experience in running paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
Strong copywriting and content marketing skills.
Familiarity with
CRM and marketing automation tools
like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.
Proficiency with tools such as
Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Canva
, etc.
Good understanding of lead funnels, conversion rate optimization, and B2B marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Nice to Have:
Experience in
international SEO
and targeting clients in the US, UK, Middle East, or APAC regions.
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for SEO implementation.
Understanding of the IT services domain and technology trends.
