As a Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising,
you'll play a key role in driving our online presence and achieving business goals. You'll create and manage campaigns, optimize content, and track
performance to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Research and create monthly content plans for all platforms, generate SEO strategies per country/ website, and manage paid campaigns of various types.
Generate details reports on all aspects with comparisons and performance reviews
Responsibilities:
Daily
1) SEO Updates:
- Develop content idea topics as per SEO needs
- Implement on-page SEO tactics, update meta tags, and refine content based on the latest keyword trends.
2) Develop well-researched, up-to-date, highly searched and trendy content for all platforms. this includes articles, blogs, social media posts and updates based on requirements.
3) Paid Campaign Management: Adjust bids, review ad performance, and optimize campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and target achievement. For both PPC Google Ads & Social Media Ads
4) Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles & Communicate and cooperate with a team ensuring work flow
5) Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs daily through tools like Google Analytics and make immediate adjustments to strategies as needed.
Weekly
1) Track engagement rates and identify well-performing content on social media
2) Identify customers' needs and gaps in our digital platforms and recommend new topics to increase engagement and traffic
3) Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance the brand's online presence.
4) Campaign Analysis: Review the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (SMM, SEO, PPC) and identify areas for improvement.
5) Content Planning: Collaborate with the content team to create and schedule social media posts, blog updates, and other digital content.
6) Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Monthly & Quarterly
1) Strategy Review and Planning: Assess the overall performance of monthly campaigns and refine strategies based on the outcomes. Plan upcoming month's campaigns aligning with business goals.
2) Comprehensive Reporting: Generate detailed reports on SEO rankings, PPC results, and social media growth. Share insights and recommendations with the broader team.
3) Budget Management: Evaluate the budget spend for the month, ensuring all campaigns stay within allocated resources, and adjust future budgets if necessary.
4) Team Meetings: Participate in monthly strategy meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming projects with the marketing team.
Annually
1) Annual Strategy Development: Develop and present an annual digital marketing strategy that aligns with long-term business goals. This includes setting annual KPIs and budget allocation.
2) Trend Analysis: Conduct a year-end review of the digital marketing landscape, including emerging trends, tools, and strategies that could benefit the business.
3) Campaign Performance Review: Evaluate the effectiveness of the year's campaigns, identifying successful tactics and areas for improvement to inform the next year's strategies.
Education
1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
1) Minimum 02 years of experience in digital marketing field
2) Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
3) Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and SEO strategies.

10) Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
11)Experience doing research using multiple sources (Including: market/ competitors..etc)
12) Ability to create reports showcasing set KPIs for different platforms/ subsidiaries
13) Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with simple content creation tools like Canvas is a plus.
