Female Digital Marketing Specialist We are seeking a talented and creative female to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist who will handle our Social Media, Paid Advertising and Influencer Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing campaigns, managing influencer collaborations, and driving brand engagement through strategic planning and paid advertising. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: - Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize content and campaign strategies.
- Manage the scheduling and posting of content to all social media platforms of the company. Paid advertising: - Develop and execute advertisement strategies on different social media platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
- Analytical skills to fine tune and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in targeting and retargeting specific audience segments. Community Management: - Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster meaningful connections with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor and manage user-generated content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements. Influencer Marketing: - Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and content creators in line with our brand\'s target audience and objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling and authentic content that aligns with our brand messaging and values.
- Manage influencer partnerships, including negotiation of contracts, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring deliverables are met. Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in UAE is a must.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion would be a definite advantage.
- Prior experience of running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital advertisements and influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in social media management and digital ad execution in the UAE is a must.
- Experience in influencer marketing.
- Demonstrated success in executing successful influencer campaigns and growing social media engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
