Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions through targeted digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
• Plan, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing campaigns with business goals, ensuring the strategies drive growth and brand visibility.
2. Content Creation & Management:
• Lead the development of a content strategy that attracts, engages, and converts potential customers, including blogs, videos, social posts, and other media.
• Oversee content creation processes, ensuring high-quality, SEO-optimized materials are produced on time.
3. SEO & SEM Campaigns:
• Manage and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth by improving search engine rankings, optimizing on-page content, and implementing link-building strategies.
• Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant ad networks to achieve cost-effective results.
4. Social Media Marketing:
• Create and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and others.
• Monitor social media trends, engage with online communities, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social platforms.
5. Email Marketing:
• Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated email series.
• Segment email lists for targeted campaigns and ensure high levels of personalization.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify key insights, and report on ROI.
• Regularly provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics, to key stakeholders.
7. Paid Media Management:
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Snapchats etc.), focusing on optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to enhance effectiveness.
8. Brand and Reputation Management:
• Monitor online mentions of the brand and manage customer reviews and feedback.
• Implement strategies to enhance brand reputation through social listening and online engagement.
9. Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies for specialized services, such as content creation, media buying, and analytics.
10. Stay Current with Industry Trends:
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Experiment with new strategies and channels to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand growth.
Video Production & Editing:
1. Filming Techniques:
• Knowledge of camera settings, lighting, and composition to create high-quality visuals.
2. Video Editing Software:
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe (e.g. Photoshop and Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
3. Motion Graphics:
• Experience with creating animations and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects or Blender.
4. Audio Editing:
• Familiarity with audio editing software like Audacity or Adobe Audition to ensure clear, professional sound.
5. Color Grading:
• Ability to enhance video quality and mood with color correction and grading techniques.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferably Female with good looking personality.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
• Proficient in Google Analytics or similar digital marketing tools.
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Strong skills of all editing software.
• Ability to develop a content strategy that aligns with the audience's needs and business goals.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills for blogs, social media posts, emails, and other digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
