Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion
Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity and drive customer engagement.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to attract more traffic to
social media platforms and the website
.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Website & Online Platform Management
Manage and optimize the
company website
for better user experience and higher conversions.
Ensure the website is regularly updated with fresh content, promotions, and SEO improvements.
Work with developers/designers to enhance website performance and functionality.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing
Develop and oversee social media growth strategies on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Optimize post timing, engagement strategies, and audience targeting to increase reach.
Plan paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
4. Research & Trend Analysis
Investigate and identify
trending desserts, cakes, and marketing strategies
in the F&B industry.
Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
Suggest
new products, packaging ideas, or promotions
based on market trends.
5. Content & Media Planning
Collaborate with the content team for effective
videos, banners, and promotional materials
.
Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
Plan content calendars and marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track marketing
KPIs
such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Generate reports and insights to improve future marketing strategies.
7. Customer Engagement & Retention
Develop loyalty programs, email marketing campaigns, and special promotions to retain customers.
Improve customer experience through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback across online platforms.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in
digital marketing, branding, or a similar role
(preferably in the F&B industry).
? Strong knowledge of
SEO, paid advertising, and website management
.
? Experience in
social media growth strategies and online brand building
.
? Ability to analyze
market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
.
? Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
? Familiarity with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, and website CMS
.
? Creativity and a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
