Job Description

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

who can handle

paid social media campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and graphic design (Canva).

The ideal candidate should have experience in

performance marketing, lead generation, and brand awareness strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

campaigns. Conduct

A/B testing

and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI. Manage ad budgets and track

cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROAS.

SEO & Website Optimization

Implement

on-page & off-page SEO strategies

to improve rankings. Perform

keyword research, backlink building, and technical SEO

improvements. Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and content for SEO.

Social Media & Content Strategy

Develop and schedule

engaging social media content

across platforms. Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and audience engagement.

Graphics & Branding (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

Create visually appealing

ad creatives, banners, and social media graphics

using Canva. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance using

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.

Provide actionable insights and monthly reports.

Requirements:

2+ years

of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, and SEO. Expertise in

Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads

. Strong knowledge of

SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

Experience with

Canva (or Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
