Job Description

We are seeking an active, responsive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with the latest digital trends, quick to respond, and capable of executing tasks promptly when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms, aligning strategies with the latest trends and updates. Monitor live campaigns (social media and Google Ads) throughout the day, ensuring timely adjustments and optimizations. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (using Mailchimp or other tools) and manage and update our contact database. Maintain, update, and optimize our website (Wix), including SEO improvements. Respond promptly to urgent tasks or requests, ensuring quick turnaround times. Provide regular performance reports and propose improvements for better results. Stay informed about platform updates (Meta, Google, etc.) and implement changes effectively. Attend in-person meetings to discuss strategies and updates as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in campaign management, email marketing, and SEO. Strong proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Mailchimp, and Wix (or similar platforms). A proactive and responsive approach to communication, with availability to handle tasks throughout the day. Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
