Job Summary:



As a

Digital Marketing Specialist

, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our online marketing strategies. Your expertise will drive traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and enhance patient engagement through various digital channels. You will oversee all aspects of SEO, paid marketing, analytics, and 360-degree digital marketing campaigns to ensure City Doctor is visible and easily accessible to current and potential patients.

Key Responsibilities:



1. SEO Management:



Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings. Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic terms relevant to healthcare services and local searches. Optimize website content, structure, and technical SEO to improve search engine visibility. Regularly audit and update the website's SEO performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

2. Paid Marketing:



Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to increase lead generation and drive conversions. Develop targeted display ads, remarketing, and social media advertising strategies. Analyze paid marketing performance, optimizing campaigns for better ROI. Stay up-to-date with the latest paid marketing trends and techniques.

3. Google Analytics:



Set up, configure, and monitor Google Analytics to track website performance, user behavior, and KPIs. Generate detailed reports and actionable insights to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing to optimize website and campaign performance. Use analytics to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

4. Digital Marketing Strategy:



Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns. Stay on top of trends and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare industry requirements. Align digital marketing efforts with City Doctor's overall brand and marketing goals.

5. 360-Degree Marketing:



Plan, execute, and monitor integrated 360 marketing campaigns that span across all online platforms. Manage multi-channel campaigns, including search, display, email, social media, and video. Ensure consistency and coordination across all digital channels to maximize engagement and lead generation.

6. Organic Marketing:



Develop and implement organic marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, improve search engine rankings, and engage patients through content. Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for brand visibility. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blog posts, videos, and other content that attracts organic traffic.

Qualifications:



Experience:

5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, paid advertising, and analytics, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.

Skills:

Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing platforms. Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Knowledge of 360-degree marketing approaches and campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Certifications:

Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

SEO: 2 years (Preferred) * Paid Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
