Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Management
• Create and execute a content strategy for articles, videos, events, and PR submissions.
• Review and edit content created by interns (blogs, video scripts, write-ups).
• Collaborate with the graphic design and video editing team to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
• Optimize all content for SEO using tools like Yoast SEO and Google Search Console .
• Work with Edit Team to repurpose content into smaller formats: social media posts, email campaigns, and video snippets.
Social Media Management
• Plan and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok using Buffer or Jetpack Social .
• Drive follower growth, engagement, and visibility across social platforms.
• Oversee short video content (reels, teasers) in collaboration with video editors.
• Engage with followers and communities to increase brand awareness.
SEO and Website Optimization
• Optimize articles, PR submissions, Videos and Studio& Influencer app pages for organic traffic growth.
• Perform basic keyword research to identify content opportunities.
• Track search rankings and website performance via Google Analytics and Google Search Console .
Paid Advertising Campaigns
• Launch and optimize small-budget campaigns on:
• LinkedIn Ads for B2B content and events.
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for B2C content and videos.
• Google Ads for search and display traffic.
• Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and ROI.
• Track campaign analytics and prepare actionable reports.
Email Marketing
• Build and manage newsletters and email campaigns using Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns or SendGrid .
• Segment subscriber lists for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Automate follow-up workflows for gated content subscriptions and event registrations.
Performance Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor KPIs across all marketing efforts (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Use Google Analytics and social media insights to measure performance.
• Prepare weekly reports with actionable recommendations for growth.
Team Coordination
• Guide and oversee interns to ensure high-quality content production.
• Work closely with designers and video editors to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Prioritize and assign tasks using project management tools like Trello or Asana .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
