We are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives and our B2B marketing initiatives . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing teams, and optimizing campaigns to align with company goals. This role involves overseeing various platforms, lead generation, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal departments to enhance the company's digital presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Execution:
• Oversee all project-related digital marketing activities to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X (formerly Twitter).
Team Leadership:
• Lead and supervise a team of digital marketers, providing training, guidance, and setting monthly KPIs for each member.
• Track their progress and ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive and on-target.
Lead Generation and Campaign Management:
• Run targeted lead-generation campaigns for company programs and services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
SEO & SEM Oversight:
• Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to company websites, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Social Media Management:
• Manage the company's social media presence across all key platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
Performance Tracking and Analytics:
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Analyze data from campaigns and website traffic to optimize marketing strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Budget Management:
• Monitor and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and achieve targets.
• Adjust spending as necessary to meet campaign objectives.
Collaboration and Reporting:
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
• Present performance reports to the leadership and management committee, providing insights and recommendations.
Marketing Automation and CRM Management:
• Implement marketing automation for campaigns and reporting to streamline workflows.
• Develop and supervise the in-house CRM system to ensure it meets lead management and communication objectives.
Website Development and Maintenance:
• Maintain and oversee the development of all project websites, ensuring smooth functionality and a positive user experience.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
• 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience in Education industry is a plus
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
• Experience with data analysis, budget management, and reporting on KPIs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with CRM management and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
