Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing

Design visually appealing graphics for digital assets, including social media posts, banners, and email
campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance website and content visibility.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum
ROI in paid search campaigns.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
Manage and grow social media accounts by creating engaging content and fostering community
engagement.
Decide on the appropriate placement of ads.
Determine what content will reach customers.
Develop projects to create content.
Publish digital marketing content online.
Implement email marketing campaigns.
Measure digital traffic.
Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns.
Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor project status and budget.
Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
Promote the brand and our products/services by creating, editing, and posting engaging video content on
multiple platforms, such as YouTube and Instagram.
Handle video production tasks, such as setting up video session lighting, audio mixing, and sound
enhancements.
Ensure proper tagging, description, classification, and captioning of all video content.
Manage digital media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
Provide regular budget reports and recommendations for adjustments.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
Communicate campaign goals, progress, and results to Higher Management.
Requirements:
Proven 3 to 4 years' experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including display, social media, and video channels.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and trends.
Knowledge of web development tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising features.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Well-organized and detail-oriented
