Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively promote our brand, increase web traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and web traffic.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Monitor and respond to online customer reviews and feedback to enhance brand reputation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain competitive.
• Assist in the development and execution of A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and track ROI for all campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
