EAGLE WINGS DOCUMENT CLEARING SERVICE is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering top-notch digital solutions. We are seeking a versatile and skilled Digital Marketing and Web Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media management, CRM handling, private mail server management, graphic designing, website backend development, and article writing.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Optimize website content and structure for search engines.

Monitor and report on SEO performance and implement strategies to improve rankings.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:

Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms Google Ads.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize to achieve target KPIs.

Manage budget allocation and bid strategies.

Social Media Management:

Create and curate engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor social media metrics and YouTube adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Handle CRM systems and ensure accurate data management.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.

Analyze customer data to improve engagement and retention strategies.

Private Mail Server Management:

Maintain and manage private mail servers:

Ensure email deliverability and troubleshoot issues.

Implement security measures to protect sensitive information.

Graphic Designing:

Create visually appealing graphics for web and social media content.

Design promotional materials, including banners, ads, and brochures.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines.

Website Backend Development:

Maintain and update the company website backend.

Troubleshoot and fix website issues.

Implement new features and functionalities as needed.

Article Writing:

Write and publish high-quality articles on relevant industry topics.

Conduct research to support content development.

Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with brand voice.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in SEO, PPC, social media management, CRM handling, private mail server management, graphic designing, and website back-end development.

Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM software, and content management systems (CMS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
