Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Company Overview: Shark Group is a prominent Digital Marketing Agency based in Dubai.
Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and drive lead generation for our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques, digital marketing advertising on google and facebook in e-commerce and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and traffic acquisition.
• Help transform the online presence for our services websites.
• Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to enhance website content and drive targeted traffic.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content including blog posts, articles, and directories.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing to ensure the company's strategies remain effective and competitive.
• Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including link building, site architecture improvements, and technical SEO enhancements.
• Coordinate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure website functionality meets SEO requirements.
• Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Manage our Wordpress service websites
• Manage our Shopify and Amazon stores
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO & Marketing Manager in e-commerce.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Klaviyo and facebook tools.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels such as blogs/newsletters.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the markets, including current trends, consumer product brands, and customer preferences, is highly desirable.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
