: We are a contracting, project management, and design company based in Dubai, seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across all platforms, generating leads, capturing and editing video and photo content, and utilizing drone technology. Strong knowledge of post-production processes is essential. Responsibilities:

Social Media Campaigns: Develop and execute effective social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Lead Generation: Create and manage campaigns to generate and nurture leads through various channels.
Content Creation: Capture high-quality videos and photos, including drone footage, for use in marketing materials.
Post-Production: Edit and enhance videos and photos to meet professional standards and align with our branding.
Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
Experience with drone operation and aerial photography/videography.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Creative Skills: Strong eye for detail and aesthetics, with the ability to produce engaging visual content.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field preferred.
