Job Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for our company. You will be leading our digital marketing team and will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness, e-commerce sales, and lead conversion through various channels. Online marketing and maximizing revenue generation would be the core duty of this job. You will be required to publish blogs, video logs, websites, articles, etc. You will work towards promotions and advertise our services and our products - outpatient healthcare services, laboratory services, and pharmacy products. Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Developed impactful marketing materials, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Cap cut and Canva.
  • Campaign Management: Implemented performance-driven online strategies across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) and search engines like Google.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Used comprehensive analytics to monitor conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and brand sentiment.
  • Social Media Marketing: Developed and implemented effective SMM campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Email Marketing: Developed and executed targeted email campaigns to amplify brand voice, drive engagement, and nurture leads
  • Brand Image: Strategic online efforts cultivated a vibrant brand. Proactive crisis management further strengthened that image, contributing to exceptional Google ratings and positive feedback.
  • Website Management: Enhanced website functionality by creating optimized landing pages and implementing performance improvements.
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Successfully boosted search engine visibility through effective SEM and SEO strategies.
  • Website Analysis & Improvement: Conducted regular website analysis and implemented data-driven improvements.
  • Additional Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Database Management: Maintained and updated database records for efficient data utilization.
  • Printable Materials Design: Created engaging print materials using Adobe Creative Suite, supporting brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements
  • Atleast 2~3 years of proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist, preferably in healthcare sector.
  • Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an advantage.
  • A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
  • Experience of video making & editing.
  • Quality content generation and management skills.
  • Effective leadership and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
