As a Digital Media Marketing Specialist, you would be responsible for directing our brand identity and services to its full potential towards our targeted markets within the Real Estate Industry. Your job responsibilities would consist of: -Be in with us for the long haul, and be part of the loyal strategic team as our company grows and you grow! -A real passion for new developments within the UAE, and analytical skills with a drive to excel in your role are essential qualities. -Developing and implementing our Digital & Social Media strategy via Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Linkedin. -Gearing to introduce our company with a bang to create buzz and engagement with videos, stories, posts and campaigns. -Creating Concept Moodboards and Social Media Calendars for approvals. -Create engaging headline blog articles with relevant content. -Keep all social channels updated regularly with relevant and targeted content. -Manage and oversee social media content and respond to customer inquiries. -Define most important social media KPIs (Targets and Milestones Achieved). -Use social media scheduling andanalytical tools, as well as monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. -Be able to design, photograph and video content such as explainer videos, adverts, property showcasing. -Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network, previous collaborations is a plus. -Prepare reports using internal data and Google Analytics to assess performance -Conducting advertising campaigns in Google Adword and other PPC channels -Think out of the box, keep yourself regularly updated with the real estate market and suggest new marketing concepts that could be implemented and create attractive content. Requirements At least 2+ years\' experience with Google AdWords, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads - Campaign setup and management - Working knowledge of basic website management and SEO, both technical and on-page. -Presenting previous campaigns conducted on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube. -Presenting previously launched pages and follower success rates. -Presenting previous engagement success rates on said social media platforms. -Proficient in using Hootsuite, Wix, Google console, Google analytics or similar tools. -Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions. -Excellent knowledge of social media best practices. -Be able to use Photoshop and other editing tools when required. - Ability to work smoothly with a diverse team and across departments when necessary. -Experience in photography and videography. -Arabic Speaking is a plus but not a necessity.
