Job Summary: Looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing as well as display advertising
Design, build and maintain the company social media presence
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management and performance tracking
Carry out thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and website visibility
Monitor and analyze website analytics, campaign performance metrics and user behavior data to identify trends, insights as well as areas for improvement
Create compelling and engaging content for digital marketing initiatives, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns as well as ad copies
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies and provide recommendations for innovative strategies and tactics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimize the user experience across all digital channels
Gauge and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance website performance and achieve business goals
Monitor and manage online reputation through social listening and proactive engagement with customers on various digital platforms
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders and recommending actionable insights
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
The applicant must have a Degree in Marketing or any related course
At least 2 years of experience working as a digital marketing specialist or any related course
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics as well as tools
Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager as well as email marketing software
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have a strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Should be up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices
