Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in website development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence by developing and maintaining our website.Responsibilities

Research advertising trends and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 pricing and products.
Execute projects with the team to create content.
Develop, maintain, and update company websites.
Collaborate with designers to improve the visual appeal of the website.
Conduct website performance tests and address issues related to website performance.
Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g., traffic, conversions) to continually improve user experience.
Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms and Monitor project status.
Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools is mandatory
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dedication.
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
