The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase online sales. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising. Create compelling content in Arabic for our website, social media, and promotional materials, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Monitor website traffic and analyze SEO performance.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media content calendars. Create engaging social media content and manage social media communities. Run social media advertising campaigns. Monitor social media trends, and adapt strategy accordingly.
Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns. Create email content and design email templates. Segment email lists and personalize email messages. Analyze email marketing metrics.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics. Generate reports on campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders. Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Content Marketing: Assist in the creation of content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and social media.
Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven Skills in Arabic Language (Reading, writing, speaking).
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing / Automotive industry.
GCC Experience Preferred.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Content Marketing , Data Analytics, , PPC Advertising and email marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
