Job Description

We are a fast-growing, performance-oriented company looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist. We are looking for someone with the energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to boost our digital marketing strategy and take our online presence to the next level.

Your Task:

Creating and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for our companies and projects
Retain and grow the company's target audience through various marketing channels
Develop and optimize the customer journey
Create and maintain Facebook ads for various projects
Edit and build sales funnels and landing pages for our projects.
Maintain the content of the website
Create newsletters (weekly and monthly project-based)
Responsible for the mailing lists and online mailing campaigns
Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on digital marketing metrics, using these insights to drive strategic decisions and improve performance
Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, communicate effectively and respond promptly to all inquiries

Requirements:

At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing
Expert knowledge of sales funnels, content strategy and email marketing
Good knowledge and proven experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Webflow, Clickfunnels, Mailchimp, Zapier or alternatives
Ability to multitask to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong project management skills with a focus on results
Flexibility, initiative and independent work
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to get hands on and enjoy working in a team
Full-time on-site in Dubai

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
