We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our marketing goals. :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, Technical SEO, and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and will be able to create strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
  • Google Ads Management:
  • Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
Technical SEO:
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may impact search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and on-page elements for improved SEO performance.
  • Implement strategies for improving site speed, mobile usability, and overall user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram):
  • Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet marketing objectives.
  • Analyze and report on ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Technical SEO, and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
