Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our social media platforms, enhance our online presence through SEO, and oversee web development activities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, possessing a blend of creativity and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content and driving audience growth.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, UX/UI design, and content updates.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and competitors, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive leads and conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and web development.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
