Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms.
• Create and schedule posts, engage with the community, and run social media advertising campaigns.
• Analyze metrics to gauge the success of social media campaigns.
• Monitor mentions, messages, comments, and relevant hashtags.
• Engage with users by responding to questions, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify relevant influencers in the industry and establish partnerships for promotional activities.
• Manage influencer relationships, including negotiation of terms and tracking of campaign performance.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research to guide content creation.
• Optimize website content for search engines.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO metrics.
3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management:
• Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids and keywords to improve ROI.
• Prepare monthly PPC reports.
4. Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Segment email lists for targeted marketing.
• Analyze key metrics like open rates and click-through rates.
5. Content Marketing:
• Plan and execute a content marketing strategy.
• Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for blogs, whitepapers, and other digital platforms.
• Measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts using analytics tools.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic.
• Create monthly reports on digital marketing performance.
• Use data to make informed marketing decisions.
7. Conversion Rate Optimization:
• Implement A/B tests to improve website conversion rates.
• Analyze customer journeys and optimize the sales funnel.
• Make recommendations for website improvements.
9. Digital Advertising:
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including display and retargeting ads.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance.
10. Budget Management:
• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
• Ensure ROI and KPI targets are met within the allocated budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
