Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in real estate to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging social media platforms, Google Ads, and other online marketing tools to generate high-quality leads for property sales. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques tailored to the real estate industry. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation for property sales.
  • Create and manage targeted advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and lead acquisition, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
  • Utilize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement with potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support lead conversion.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop tailored marketing strategies for different segments.
  • Manage the company\'s online presence across various platforms, including website content management and social media profiles.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed to support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and marketing content.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
  • Passion for real estate and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry developments.
