Lead the development and execution of digital and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-IT, Strategy, Retail, and Commercial-to integrate digital initiatives and maintain consistency across platforms.
Oversee the management of digital assets to ensure they align with IT infrastructure and strategic vision.
Campaign Development & Management
Spearhead the creation and execution of paid digital media campaigns, including search, social media ads, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs.
Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, refining targeting strategies, and ensuring the effective use of budget for maximum ROI.
Supervise and guide the digital marketing team in leveraging various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
Content Creation & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Media Relations, Branding/Design) to produce high-quality digital content (text, visuals, videos) for all digital channels.
Lead the content creation process for social media platforms, including drafting copy, creating visuals, and curating stories that resonate with our audience.
Manage the social media calendar to drive engagement and brand awareness, ensuring timely delivery of relevant and creative content.
Social Media Engagement
Develop and implement social media guidelines and best practices to ensure positive, aligned interactions with our online community.
Monitor and track social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Address and escalate any social media concerns or feedback, coordinating with internal teams to maintain a positive company image.
Data Insights & Analytics
Use analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness, consumer behavior, and market trends, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key findings and suggesting strategies for enhancing future campaigns.
Innovation & Industry Trends
Stay updated with the latest developments in digital technology and social media trends, advising on new opportunities to improve marketing efforts.
Evaluate digital tools and platforms to recommend solutions that best serve marketing goals and overall business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations. A Master's degree is a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
Expertise in managing campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with budget management and performance tracking.
