Job Description

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in

digital marketing, social media management, and content production

(videos, images, and written content). The ideal candidate should be able to

develop strategies, create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and build a team as needed

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

digital marketing strategies

to enhance brand presence. Manage and grow the company's

social media accounts

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Create

engaging content

including videos, graphics, and written posts. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Analyze data and generate reports to improve

campaign performance

. Stay updated with

digital marketing trends

and best practices. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials. Hire and manage a team of digital marketing professionals as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience

in digital marketing and social media management. Expertise in content creation, including

video editing, graphic design, and copywriting

. Strong knowledge of

SEO, PPC, and social media advertising

. Familiarity with tools like

Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools

. Excellent

analytical and problem-solving skills

. Ability to work independently and

lead a team when needed

. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
